We are a leading professionally run, family company on the Costa del Sol that offers Client satisfaction and a second to none service. P.S.I is a young, dynamic, new and exciting company that believes in being flexible and servicing you in anyway we can. We at P.S.I are a team of well-qualified individuals with over 40 years of International building and land experience, can offer you the reassurance that an Independent Survey, Inspection "Snagging" Report, Property Legalisation or the purchasing of a Plot of Land has been done to a professional standard.

The team consists of a Technical Architect/Chartered Builder who is currently registered with the Chartered Institute of Buildings (C.I.O.B) and a Marketing/ I.T Consultant. We also have an associated Architect, who is registered in Spain with the College of Architects. We all follow the strict rules of ethical conduct as laid down by the R.I.B.A and C.I.O.B and other various associations. Meet the team.

Having been based on the Costa del Sol for a number of years now, we have acquired vast amounts of local knowledge related to the property industry from town hall requirements, understanding the Spanish building customs/process, rules and regulations with regards to new build property right down to advising our Clients on the best possible action to take to ensure that they will benefit. Together with being a fully qualified practice, with many decades of experience, we ensure that you will not feel unsure or uncomfortable when operating outside of your home country.

our history

Founded in 2003, the idea for P.S.I - Properties, Surveys and Inspections come about due to the needs of foreign clients looking for a property professional to help with the closing of their purchase or to deal with contractors and developers at handover stage. Initially P.S.I provided 3 different property services; snagging, surveys and valuations, but over the years additional services were added such as architectural, project management and project coordination. 

With the success of the property services of snagging, surveys and valuations, P.S.I decided to add an additional in 2004: Project Management and Project Coordination. The concept of offering a project management and project coordination of service was due to the demand by foreign buyers who were feeling frustrated with the building practices on the Costa del Sol, which are different to most European countries. With over 40 years of International building and land experience, our clients needed a trusted professional who wouldliaise between the locals and themselves while ensuring that all the clients needs were met.

Due to demand of foreign clients on the Costa del Sol who were looking to invest or retire in the region added together with the success of P.S.I other property services, 2005 saw the addition of an Architectural service. With a unique selection of associated architects and P.S.I project management service, foreign buyers were able to find a "one stop shop" concept for buying and building on the Costa del Sol and which could all be done in their native language. With projects starting in Velez Malaga, Marbella, Sotogrande, San Roque and Gibraltar the combination of all of P.S.I services has made it a reputable brand on the Costa del Sol.
